1. Who we are

2. Service
Inner Cosmos offers a 25-question test, a symbolic profile and analysis text based on it, digital artwork, and handmade mandalas.
The collection and processing of personal data is described in the Inner Cosmos Privacy Policy.
3. Age
Only people aged 16 or older may use the Inner Cosmos test and services.
4. Not a diagnosis
The Inner Cosmos test, profile, analysis, and artworks are created for self-reflection and creative purposes. They are not a psychological or medical diagnosis.
5. Prices and payment
Psychological analysis costs $0.99. It is free with the purchase of any product.
Digital product prices:
Story Mandala — $25;
Drawing — $25;
Soft Material — $25;
Fabric — $25;
Solid Material — $25;
Avatar — $25;
Tattoo — $45;
Logo — $85.
Cart discounts:
3–4 products — 15%;
5–6 products — 20%;
7–8 products — 25%.
Payments are processed by PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available through PayPal.
Before paying, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
6. Digital artwork
Each mandala includes 2 different images, each in 3 sizes: phone, tablet and computer. A logo includes 2 images — flat and relief.
Images are available for download through a personal link.
AI creates the images from your profile, so every artwork is unique.
If an image cannot be created for technical reasons, the system will try again within 24 hours and email the completed image to you.
If a digital item cannot be created, your payment will be refunded in full and you will receive a $25 gift code as an apology.
7. AI limitations
Images are created by artificial intelligence. Each is unique but may contain small inaccuracies or differ from samples shown on the site. This is not grounds for a refund, except for the technical failure described in section 6.
8. Handmade orders and delivery
Handmade mandala prices:
Exclusive — $350;
Premium — $550;
Collector's — from $750.
The $350 and $550 mandalas are made within one month at most.
Terms for the Collector's mandala starting at $750 are agreed individually. Natia will contact the customer personally.
Packages are sent from the USA:
delivery within the USA is free;
delivery to another country costs $35.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Digital artwork
After a digital artwork has been downloaded, payment is non-refundable. The exception is the technical failure described in section 6.
Handmade orders
An order may be cancelled within 5 days of placing it, in which case payment will be refunded in full.
After 5 days, the artist begins work and payment is non-refundable because the artwork is made only for you.

10. Right to use the artwork
You may use purchased artwork for any purpose, both personal and commercial.
11. Ownership of site content
The test, questions, texts, method, software, catalogues, and site design belong to Natia Tavberidze / Inner Cosmos.
Apart from artwork you purchase, site content may not be copied, distributed, or sold without permission.
12. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to:
copy the site, test, or method;
extract data from the site using automated programs;
use another person's test code or link without their permission;
disrupt the operation of the site.
13. Limitation of liability
Inner Cosmos's liability is limited to providing the services described in these Terms.
The test profile, analysis, and artworks are symbolic and creative products and are not a psychological or medical diagnosis.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
If there is a dispute, first email innercosmos.studio@gmail.com — we will try to resolve it by agreement.
15. Changes to the Terms
Inner Cosmos may change these Terms. If they are updated, a new date will appear at the beginning of the document.
