This policy explains what information Inner Cosmos collects, how we use and retain it, whom we may share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you use the service, we may collect:
your name;
your 25 test answers;
your personal test code;
the symbolic profile and analysis text created from your answers;
your date of birth, if you provide it;
generated images and the prompts used to create them;
your email address, if you provide it;
your email address or WhatsApp number if you contact us about a technical problem;
products ordered;
for a handmade order, your name, delivery address, contact method, and note;
gift message, if added;
payment amount, status, and PayPal order number;
a rating or comment, if you leave one.
Your name and 25 test answers are required to create your personal profile and artwork.
To protect the site from spam and abuse, our server temporarily stores your IP address. It is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The site stores your test code, test progress, cart, and language choice in your browser so your test is not lost.
Inner Cosmos does not use advertising cookies.
Embedded YouTube videos and Google Fonts may use their own cookies under their respective policies.
You can clear browser-stored data through your browser settings.
4. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes and legal bases:
to run the test, create the symbolic profile, analysis and artwork, and display results — to provide the service you request;
to process orders and payments, make and deliver handmade items, and communicate about orders — to fulfil your order;
to retain necessary order and payment records — to comply with legal obligations;
to publish artwork in the public gallery — only with your separate consent;
to receive your rating and comment — when you choose to provide them.
5. Automatically created profile
The program calculates seven values from the 25 test answers and applies predefined rules to select artwork features, including colours, form, symbol, stones, threads, material, technique, and being.
The profile is intended for self-reflection and the creation of artwork.
It is not a psychological or medical diagnosis and is not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about a person.
6. Who receives information
We use these external services to provide the service:
Supabase — to store data and generated images;
Lovable — to operate the site and connect to AI services;
Google Gemini — to create analysis text;
OpenAI — to create images;
PayPal — to process payments;
Apple Pay or Google Pay — if you choose the relevant payment method;
Resend — to email a test code or result link;
YouTube — to display embedded videos;
Google Fonts — to load site fonts.
Google Gemini receives text derived from your answers without your name.
OpenAI receives the artwork prompt, which may include colours, form, symbol, stones, threads, material, technique, being, and other artwork features.
To draw your image, OpenAI receives a text description (prompt) created by our engine. It contains no name, email or birth date.
AI services do not receive your name, date of birth, email address, WhatsApp number, or delivery address.
Payments are processed by PayPal and, if selected, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Inner Cosmos does not store your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
Inner Cosmos stores the products ordered, payment amount and status, test code, and PayPal order number.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising purposes.
Information may be disclosed if required by law or an authorised authority.
7. Processing in other countries
Some services may be located outside your country, including in the USA.
Only information necessary to provide the service is shared with them.
8. How long we retain information
Data is not deleted automatically and is retained until you ask us to delete it.
Send your request to innercosmos.studio@gmail.com. After your identity is verified, the data will be deleted manually.
Order and payment records that must be kept by law are retained for the legally required period.
Browser-stored data remains until you clear your browser storage.
9. Public gallery
Customer artwork is not added to the public gallery automatically. It may be published manually only with the customer's permission.
You can withdraw permission or request removal from the gallery at innercosmos.studio@gmail.com.
10. Age
Only people aged 16 or older may use the Inner Cosmos test and services.
Before starting the test, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement. The test will not start without this confirmation.
Inner Cosmos does not check identity documents and does not obtain parental consent to serve people under 16.
If you know that a person under 16 has provided us with their data, email innercosmos.studio@gmail.com and we will delete it unless there is a legal basis for retaining it.
11. Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
access to and a copy of your data;
correction of inaccurate data;
deletion of data;
restriction of processing;
that certain processing stop, or object to it;
a portable copy of your data;
withdrawal of consent given for the public gallery.
Send requests to innercosmos.studio@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Order and payment records required by law may remain stored for the applicable period.
Your name and 25 test answers are required to create your personal profile and artwork. Without them, you cannot receive these results.
12. Complaints
You have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may change. If it is updated, a new date will appear at the beginning of the document.
